Just eating and running my way through parts of Australia; and it sure was delicious - the food and the running! The availability of vegan options are becoming more and more plentiful no doubt, and there certainly was no shortage of vegan options in my recent travels to Sydney, and the Gold Coast. It’s become very apparent to me that I am clearly addicted to vegan pancakes, if they have them on the menu I’m ordering them! Also, Australia really does do avo toast the best, it’s always just so damn good! Can’t go wrong with a good açaí bowl too, always a solid option! And I was stoked to come across a vegan pie shop in Bondi beach where they had all sorts of savory pies, served with mash potatoes and gravy, and peas, it was damn good! Also, vegan banana bread seemed to be quite abundant, love myself a good nana bread! There were so many more vegan places I still didn’t get to try, and these are just a few of the places I happen to capture. Ahh Australia, love traveling there! 🇦🇺🌱

Powered by plants since 2012🌱💪🏻. This month marks 7 years of being vegan, and 3 years before that I was vegetarian. 10 years on this plant based journey, and it has been one of the best level ups for me in life! Especially as I have ramped up the intensity of athletic pursuits!

Came across a new find while I was in Ibiza last month; @mikasaibiza is a 100% vegan cafe inside this super cool boutique hotel. I treated myself to the pancakes, the avo toast, a health shot, a latte, and of course the view (didn’t make the pic unfortunately) from their patio looking out to the ocean and the old city of Ibiza. Was a great vegan breakfast indeed👌🏼🌱

Do what makes you feel alive they say…this is one such way I connect to that feeling, being up high in the mountains! Last month in the Austrian alps, in the Kaiser mountain rage in St. Johann Tirol🇦🇹🏔

Had a great time rock climbing in Red Rocks Canyon NV recently; fun time camping and just spending the entire day outdoors! 🏜
